What is this numbing sensation in my head? Does anyone else gets this?

I'm working on putting love into me and giving it out to the world through my feelings and thinking. It's more a spiritual thing.

So I have this numbing sensation. I'm not completely sad...though still sad and I'm not happy, but am okay. What is this feeling? Is it part if the depression?

I really don't go out of the house. I'm getting fatter. I'm still not doing much with my life. I've been reading a lot. I'm trying to live day by day.
