So spoke to pdoc today (completely new doc as other is off on maternity) she had notes from all my previous sessions, according to these notes which were the opinions of several docs they ranged from nothing wrong with me to stress disorder. Within 10 minutes she said I was very clearly on the bipolar spectrum and it looks like most time was put in investigating the voices in my head and other symptoms were overlooked. She diagnosed me with bipolar type 2 with psychosis and prescribed seroquel and ablify, I've still to pick them up so not sure the dose. For the seroquel I'm sure she said 100mg in morning and at night. I'm also under strict orders not to smoke weed while I'm on these as it will.drive me up the wall lmao.
It was good to finally have an answer but I'm not looking forward to these meds.
