They always said that niche sales was the way to go....but when your niche fills up with others who find that niche also & you have no where you are expanding to.....then this is what happens.

Never had one of their cup cakes....but I do love cup cakes....my friend uses his farm for weddings (historical local site)......& the last wedding the cake was all cup cakes. They left the remaining ones for him to enjoy & share with friends & others. Wow, the chocolate with mint frosting was sooo good. I decided to set it down & savor it for awhile & go back later after doing several tasks & enjoy the last 2 bites......when I went back, the plate was on the floor & the last 2 bites were gone.....& my dog Leo was looking at me like....MOM....you only left me 2 bites....he was ready for a whole cup cake.

Its sad when businesses expand so quickly & then end up going nowhere thinking that's really all there is to it like there was in the beginning......interesting business strategy to think about here.
