Hi again. PHP is partial hospitalization program, here in USA. You go to the hospital Monday though Friday and participate in groups and come home at night. Here there are different PHPs some are long term and others are shorter and meant to replace being in a hospital but still get you though a serious episode in part by getting a routine established. I started today, so now I have to get up everyday and hopefully will start sleeping better since I must get up no matter how I feel.
