Glok you're so right. I used to be the queen of negative self talk, and still can be at times. I've found CBT and doing thought records to be helpful, along with mindfulness, to help me catch the negative thoughts. I also do regular lists about what I like about myself, which feels a little awkward, but really does help.

Changing negative thinking patterns is so important.
