Hey, I'm in some desperate need of help. So my girlfriend has DID and she has this alter named Alex. Alex is a really great guy but he suffers from terrible depression and identity problems. He hates the body he is in. He is sort of "my gay lover". I call him my boyfriend and treated him like man. See, the only problem is I need she ways to make him feel more like a man when he is outwithout making my girlfriend's body permanently changed. I know itight be impossible bit I need help because I don't want to loose them over something I could fix.
