(1) You wrote: "Don't you think it's weird that everytime you mention gang stalking - people just think you're crazy."
(2) Yes, doctors, nurses, the police are not helpful. They just assume ALL such reported cases are paranoid delusions. They don't even try to find out if your case is real or not.
(3) The problem for those of us undergoing gang stalking is that SOME cases ARE paranoid delusions. And some are NOT. It is hard for us to know for sure which is the truth in our own case. If a person is delusional, he usually has no way of detecting this. It's a "Catch 22," I guess.
(4) I think in some cases the best course of action is to be "philosophical" or spiritual about the gang stalking. That is, just accept that in every person's life some bad things are going to happen that can't be stopped. For example, some people get cancer, or get in an auto accident. This is a matter of accepting that there are forces and people in this world that are more powerful than any individual, or even the official government of our society. I think most gang stalking, even in cases when it is really happening, ends after a while. There are the old saying, "All things pass" and "This too shall pass." I think it is best to just go one with one's life as best as one can. Some people find it helpful to believe that there is an ultimate and totally good Higher Power that is ultimately more powerful and prevailing than the dark powers behind gang stalking.
(5) I think it is possible to find a counselor/psychotherapist who may not assume someone reporting gang stalking is delusional. I think it can be helpful to talk things over with such a counselor once in a while. But I agree there is no used talking to a counselor who tries to argue with you and convince you that you are just delusional. But, I think there are some counselors who will remain "agnostic" about the gang stalking, in other worlds, they will remain neutral about what's going on, and will agree that is it possible that you are being gang stalked.
Good luck.
