Everyone is a little different and it is good to know one's own "signs" of depression... it helps to write them down...
My "rule of thumb" is that if you are wondering whether depression is setting in then that is enough of a warning to have it checked out. I am glad you are talking to your T next week. With depression it is so easy to sink into a "hopeless" hole that I think as soon as you recognize or even suspect some signs it is a good idea to check with the doc.
