Well the thing is I have no idea if this is anxiety or no. But it's getting worse and worse. I am nervous all the time. My heart is beating and I am shaking and stuff. Can't sit still.

I think it's a side effect of Abilify. Cus I am "just" nervous all the time but not having anxiety feelings. I am thinking of calling my pdoc to ask if this is ok, I surelly don't want to harm myself with meds etc.

Yes today will be my 7th day of Abilify, and maybe this nervousness that's getting worse is...good?
