I was a total vegan for three years. I don't know how to describe how it felt when I ate meat again - it was like my blood felt sluggish.
They finally put me on a med that required me to eat eggs & meat for cholesterol because you can have too little in your system.
I was trying to find an ulcerative colitis diet that worked so I tried different things.
