I have created a journal that I intend to write in daily or at least as much as I can. It's just so I can get my thoughts down on paper. Mostly about depression and my journey starting from now. My appointment to see the therapist for the first time isn't until the 23rd, but I wanted to start now so I can see if I make any progress. Writing has always been a great outlet for me.
