don't worry about that..

I'm eighteen.. and I still definitely need my parents..
Without them i would be lost, i would do so many things that I don't do..
Even though we fight and i make it seem that I dont want them in my life, i do..

Your children will NEVER stop needing you.. trust me. Especially if you form a good relationship with them.. even when they are off on their own, as teenagers or adults, they'll come back to you.
