I tried Buspar when I was first diagnosed with Bipolar and Panic Disorder and it knocked me out for three days missing work. For some reason its too strong for me to take. I prefer the xanax cause it works right away if you put it under your tongue and let it hit your main vein there... relief in minutes. Once my life settles down a bit I'm going back to the 6mg treatment cause the 8mg is making me sleepy, but anxiety is way down.
