This summer's book I'm not at all interested in reading: Lord of the Flies. Been there; done that; taught that. Not at all a favorite. But I'm rereading To Kill a Mockingbird (for the 532 time) to prepare an example of an assessment for the kids on my level AP classes of their own summer reading choice, so that will be my journey into a classic this summer. Otherwise I'm finishing up the Game of Thrones series right now (which definitely is not a classic, but love it all the same).
