So emdr worked well my first session. It was phenomenal. Four sessions later it lost it's effect. I've tried doing emdr by myself to see why it hasn't been working lately. I got it to work on my own. What should I tell my emdr therapist? I don't want her to tell me to stop if our sessions keep becoming a dud.

Please help!!
