Faith- I can relate somewhat to how you are feeling. I often times get asked "what's wrong" or told I look angry or sad. Sometimes that is actually the case, but often times it's not! One thing that I found that helps, is to smile more often- even if it means making a conscious effort to do so, it can make you feel happier as well as make others around you feel your joy. Another thing I try to do which takes even more effort for me, is to try not to slouch. When I get involved in a project at work, after hours of not paying attention, I will realize that I have been slumped over and frowning or scolding for hours- this makes me tense, feel unhappy, and most likely, look unhappy. Those are just some tricks I try to stick to. Good luck.
