The logo on the back is in the wrong place, it doesn't have the car name and car maker name like all the others of this particular brand. This car in itself wouldn't stand our in my neighborhood, the guy always looks away or speeds off if I get too close. It's a dark gold Tahoe, with Tahoe on the left rather than right, there is no Chevrolet on the back, as there are in all other Tahoe's I've seen, aside from those two things nothing about this vehicle stands out, the driver is a white guy, normal looking, who seems to have long hair or short hair, or sunglasses, always seems concerned that I'd see the face. I've tricked him once or twice into being in a position to see this much. From what I've read if he were government or a pro, I'd never notice him. Is this too detailed for a hallucination? How do I prove once in for all that this isn't me making it up in my head?

hallucinations are as detailed as a persons real experiences are....
hallucinations come from a persons own brain and how that brain perceives things through their senses, emotions, experiences, imagination, ....
let me show you what I mean.....
I have never had a boabab. I have never seen a picture of it and have never smelled it, never heard the sound it makes when being harvested. so my mind can not even begin to conjure one up as one of my hallucinations. that information just isnt in my brain at all for my brain to form anything about it....
but I have had a banana. I know what a banana looks like what it smells like, the texture of it. I know what it sounds like as I peel it or snap it off a bunch... since all this information about a banana is in my brain, my brain has the information to conjure up the mental image (visual hallucination) or the sound (audio hallucination) or any other type of hallucination about that object. That hallucination about the banana will be as vivid as what information is in my brain for my brain to work with.
the difference of what is real and what is a hallucination varies with each person depending upon that persons own knowledge, experiences, health and other issues that person may have.... and the only people that can tell you whether you are hallucinating or this is reality is you and your treatment providers....
for me yea what you posted would not be a hallucination because I live in a city where its common for people to park their vehicles and sit in them waiting and watching, and seeing the same vehicle in the park and other locations I may visit. and it would not cause me fear because of where I live and whats common for my location. when I do get that gut feeling that something may not be right I call 911. they send a patrol out to check the situation. sometimes it does turn out that I may have imagined the situation to be more dangerous then it really was but here where I live the police are of the standard better safe then sorry.
The line in the sand is that only you and your treatment providers can say whether this is a hallucination of sorts for you or not...
what I can tell you is that if you are this sure you are in danger then you should probably be contacting your treatment providers and your police department. whether its a hallucination or reality of something dangerous they will be able to keep you safe. or get you to a safe place.
for crisis situations like this there is also a gray box at the bottom of the page with some emergency numbers that may be able to help you.
