If you want an antipsychotic that is weight neutral your choices are pretty much Latuda, abilify and Geodon. Abilify really doesn't make you sleepy at all so if you actually want a sleep med that's not going to help you but it sounds more like you want stability over sleep and normal sleep can come with stability anyway. I don't think any of those three are particularly sedative but things can vary a lot from person to person.

So, i don't know if it is because i am not depressiv right now.. Depression sucks. Big time. In this phase I wanna die, i wanna harm myself, I believe that death is the solution. But now, i am normal, i do sleep (6 hours which is normal for me, 3-4 when hypo) and all. So no, I don't need a pill to sleep, i want a pill to stabilize me not to mentally lobotomize me! Do you think i should really propose stuff to the proc? Things are weird in Germany, you don't get to show people how to do their job, especially my doc seems a bit strict too.. However i googled latuda and it seems to be available here too.
