just an observation here, in this thread I see that you have made two posts....just continue doing what ever you did to make these two posts and you are right on track for how to make a post.

a clue to whether you know how to make a post or not is looking at the proof that you posted the question of how to post. sounds silly I know but sometimes it takes the tangible (can see something, ) in order to realize I already know how to do something.
