It's rather Atkins-esque really.
I just go for the compromise - only have half the bread.
This week has been fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, fruit for lunch, almonds to snack on, lots of green tea, and salad or vegetables with fish / tuna for dinner. No alcohol.
I don't know if I can last till I get home at 10pm tonight for food though *sob* I might break and get something before then (healthy food is at home
