Yeah, eating poorly + ADHD meds = feel like crap while focused. Stable blood sugar does affect mood

+1 on games (dont do nowhere near as much) (recently got space engineers, cba though)
+1 on surfing. Try to do less though... have had typically 20-40 tabs open in a browser window, and not being the only window at a time :/
It's worse when you know what you need to do, planned it out so many times it's in your head and doesn't matter you've lost the piece of paper, but yeah somehow, manage to think about what to plan next or decide the plan really needs another rewrite, OCD.
Probably only thing I actually know I do enjoy, is talking with my LDG online.
Gah gonna have to talk to Psych about my level of lack of enjoyment now, can't really say though seeing her ruins my whole month though xD (just realised serious thought though)
Great idea though TheatreKid. I'll try it out. I shall title my list:
"1 minute to do something, and no... procrastinating over which, isn't one of them"
