So, I had been vegetarian since February of this year and after doctors insistence cut dairy. I also made the personal decision to cut eggs since I never ate much of them anyway. Made the full switch to vegan about 10-12 days ago.
The gluten free was because I was having severe abdominal pain when I are glutenous food. I did a mini trial 3 days off gluten 3 days back on to figure that out.so I cut gluten 7-10 days ago.
The only thing I did NOT expect was the pound a day weight loss. YIKES! That can't be healthy! Especially when I'm not exercising at all.
Don't get me wrong I need to lose weight just wish it was at the healthy 1-2 pounds a week.
