I used the # 2 cell phone suggestion to unlock my car. Maybe it doesn't work for the older or brand new model cars only? (I have a 2002 Solara.) It isn't a myth for me. Does that make it not a myth?

I carry a Motorola, so it was nice to have the SN handy that way
