I tend to get fixated on a certain song when I'm manic or depressed. Last manic episode it was "Youth" by Daughter. Then when I crashed it was "Unwell" by Matchbox Twenty and "One Song Glory from the musical Rent.
Previous to that, it was the cast recording of Next To Normal, which is a broadway musical about bipolar disorder.
