Hi all,
Part of the conditions for me to be allowed to come home to my parents house was that I created a treatment program to follow at least until the New Year. Some of the conditions are no brainers- I have an intake appointment Thursday with my new therapist and psych doc. But I also have to attend at least three real life support groups each week and I plan on attending at least two online. I also want to write and come up with some other hobbies-- any ideas? Also, any idea of what mindful practice works best for you.
Any help would be truly appreciated.
