I know this feeling all to well. My classes related towards my major and in subjects of interest have always come to me easy and the studying is not an issue. And then you get to the classes that you just don't have interest in and it is a nightmare.

Have you tried looking at a community college that might offer the general education classes? Just make sure they are transferable. However these days a lot of times the big schools have articulation programs with the community colleges. Plus by doing this you could save a lot of money.
