A while back I managed to lose some weight and regain some control by eating more protein and much less carbs - I find that definitely filling up on carbs can lead to overeating. Also, have you tried taking a high dose multivitamin/mineral supplement - it's just a thought as you may be having cravings for foods through lacking something.

There is a website called DoctorYourself.com: Andrew Saul's Natural Health Website which has info on vitamin supplementation.

You have my sympathy, as I'm still working through a lot of this myself.
