When I am having sleep troubles I avoid being on my laptop, watching TV or playing games on my phone as I know all these things can actually make your brain more awake... However so many doctors and other people have suggested reading before bed can help...
Do you think reading with a kindle will help or make it worse. Because it's still a light screen and I'm not sure whether I just cant sleep or if I shouldnt use the kindle before bed?
