Iv'e had the same problem for months now. I don't like most drugs and have gone the natural route in terms of sleep aids.
I have Passionflower tea and Valerian root tea before bed. I find it very effective. Valerian tastes nasty but I just add a little honey and it makes it tolerable.
If you're looking for medication there are a lot of them out there.
