How would you explain how much you SI ??
I have been trying to figure it out...i pretty much do it three times a day and sometimes inbetween that....but that doesnt mean i make one mark each time...i just counted the last time i did it..and i ended up with 20 marks...sometimes its around 10 sometimes its 15 marks...so would i say i SI up to 40 times a day..or just three times a day as a general...do i make any sense...im confused lol......or i should say i am confusing myself....ok does it count for each mark you do...or what time during the day...like i do it (how i explain it ) breakfeast lunch and dinner and inbetween ....so the grouping would be three times and some inbetween ...or would i say 30 to 40 times a day....you guys understand???
