Princess hasn't any answers to offer other than her own experience in simply coping with it. It remains important to acknowledge the anger; not dismiss it or try to make it go away. While at one and the same time practicing the not-nursing/feeding the anger. Make sense? It does not come readily or easily to me or anyone else whom I know. ( Princess does not personally know MotherTheresa, so I cannot speak for all persons. ) And it takes constant practice. For me, I do not believe that the anger will ever simply go away nor can I determine it to do so. My very Mother taught me this on her deathbed.

You can and will survive this, roseblossom. We know that for you even when you cannot know it for yourself. That's faith.

My best to you.
