today she had called me and told me she was going to be about 15 min late for session that she had a dr appointment.so I got there about 10 min after and waited in my car. after a bit another car showed up and parked away from mine. I saw in the mirror that it was my T. I kind of was set off guard. but decided to get out of my car and walk in with her . so I caught up with her and said I was following her in. she asked if we had showed up together I said I had been a little earlier .so I asked her if she was really ok. she said she was that she just needed to get a shot. I told her that it would have been ok if she canceled . we got to the door and she was met by someone who wanted to talk to her. she said she will come get me in a bit .
what would you do?? just wondering .would you have stopped and talked to her or walked in with her making small talk or avoided the situation at all costs or ignored her in both situations? just wondering.

I think it's great that you spoke and walked with her. I too would have tried to do that, it's lovely to be able to just interact casually, outside that box.
