I see from a previous post that you have anxiety and depression, the two like to hold hands. Do you have a therapist to talk to? You'll find it great here, keep talking and sharing, that helps.
So, what have you tried already and what do you like doing? I know that motivation is a toughy when we are feeling so low. I used to play patience a lot with a pack of cards, scrabble for one and computer games. Drawing and writing and listening to music can help as long as it is music that does not bring up bad memories. Let me know what you like doing.
