Yeah i started off with anxiety and panic attacks and its evolved into a diagnosis of depression. I don't have a therapist however because i find it so difficult to talk about my feelings in person, like i physically cannot do it. That's why i joined this site to express my feelings more. I like going on walks mostly but sometimes that's just not practical :/ thanks for the suggestions though, will definitely try them!!
