Hello Everyone,
I am Lichen, and these last few years, my depression is getting worse. I have been depressed/anxious much of my life, but now, after going through menopause, it is getting to be much more potent than it was. I am also realizing how great an effect it has had in my life and development. I feel like a bonsai tree......my roots are stunted and so is my reflected growth, due to a large part because of how I have struggled to stay "alive" and "normal. I just need non-judgemental friends to help me, encourage me, and HEAR me. I often feel so alone.
I am an artist, a mother, an historian, a reenactor and a small farmer. I love NAture and it is there that I find some solace.
