glok is right not wanting to get out of bed all day is depression running around like a headless chicken all day is anxiety sitting in bed all day laughing watching movies and chilling to music is amazing and probably a great place to be.
Being lazy that way beats depression lazy.
My friends girlfriend is lazy not depressed but she works hard and why can't she sit around all day only thing us she puts weight on and only recently cycled to work once out of desperation.
But she loved it she beat her time if she drive she lost weight and feels great about herself.
Exercise is the best cure for depression and being lazy.

The best runner in UK told me if he could he would sit in bed and eat cake all day and not run he says the hardest part is lacing those shoes to go that run the first step out the door.

Fit people struggle just like you and I. And a 40 a day smoker can be a fit person with an electronic cigarette and a few walks a week.

There's nothing wrong with being lazy as long as your happy. If your not then lace those shoes up release the endorphins :-)
