You aren't...that's a very short session and you need to know what you are paying for. My experience has been that my one T bills for sessions at either 50 mins. or 1 hour; one of my Ts and I talked about it a few years ago and that was what he mentioned. Of course there could be a 35 minute option, but if there is than you deserve clarification.

ETA: Oh...so you are paying out of pocket?
