It sounds like she is in denial...if she disagrees with the Dr that can be symptoms of bpd. Also one of the symptoms of hypomania is being hyper sexual which could explain why she cheated on you. I'm very sorry for yr loss. Since she has a definite diagnosis of bp and bpd.and refuses meds the court will side with you. It's one thing if yr mentally ill and seeking treatment and it's a whole other matter if yr not taking the meds prescribed. It would be in best interest of herself and yr kids that she seeks treatment. No one wants to be mi but acceptance is important. That is the only way to get better. It's unfortunate that she won't do what the Dr suggests...she could potentially lose visitation rights.and that would be detrimental to the kids welfare.
