Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone here suffers from melancholic depression like me. It is hard for me in the mornings to face up to life as negativity and depressive thoughts fill my brain. It gets better as the day goes by. I'm able to do my routine work but there is always a lingering sadness in me. I'm in therapy and getting help. Depression runs in my family.
Any thoughts on this kind of depression and do you have any coping strategies that work??
