I sometimes feel similar emotions. Like waking up in the morning but not wanting to get out of bed or do anything. I would try looking for things that make you happy, that could possibly motivate you to want to get up and seize the day. Try experimenting with new hobbies, meeting new people, etc. Set aside some time each day to focus on yourself. Journaling has personally helped me express my sadness and therapy is a good step as well. I hope you can find the help you need... try to stay positive, look for the beauty in the things most would overlook or take for granted.
