What meds are used to target anger? That help to tone it down so that anger itself can be handled more reasonably?

I am counseling with a Psychologist at this present time. But, her line of questioning and thinking keeps setting me off! When that happens, then she resorts to telling me to calm down (another trigger-that is the very thing that my husband does-which is also another trigger)!

Can you please give me a list of meds, maybe there are some that I haven't tried yet.
