I really think that talking to a therapist or just anyone about how you feel will help you feel better. Once you feel better it's easier to move on. It's funny how things tend to work themselves out. I encourage you to find something you enjoy that truly makes you happy. I'm still trying to get over a 'crushed dream' myself and to find my own path in life. Talk to someone and also talk to yourself internally. Find out what you truly want in life and then I think things will begin to unfold.
