I agree posting on here was wise, advice already given sounds great. Maybe vigorous exercise also to vent some of it? There are days I wish I had a hanging boxing bag (not walls, but I'm sure I've been guilty of that myself) to relieve stress, anger or pent up energy. Plus exercise helps release all those feel good endorphins. I hope you feel better soon.
