I don't believe your brother is evil but he does have some issues that may get out of hand. Are you able to talk to him about his feelings? It sounds like he could do with some support for how he feels. It would be good if he could recognise that he needs help and then he could get treatment. If you or your family feel that he is becoming a danger to you or himself, please call the police. I know it sounds like a harsh thing to do but it will save him and you and your family.
