I don't think your brother is evil. Sounds like he's extremely angry though. Maybe he's storing up a lot of ill-feelings and hurt inside. I think he should get help before things really get out of control and he does something he regrets. Maybe you can talk to him, see where his head is at and if he's willing to talk to a professional--like a school, church or family counselor--to help him work through his feelings. Good luck.
