So.....who has it?

My pdoc wants me to pursue a visit with a gyno about the possibility of me having it. I have the VERY irregular periods.....thin..acne..pain like im either ovulating or about to start my period but I don't. And well, Im fat.

So Ive made an appointment...what can I expect?
