I know when it is a cloudy day before looking outside because it feels like my spirit is crushed and I have no energy and feel hopeless. Part of it may have to do with low atmospheric pressure. I think that when it rains and the storm clears out, the atmospheric pressure goes back up, and those of us sensitive to that get our energy back with the high atmospheric pressure.
