Ha, I wish that was the case but it can be quite regimented around here... meal times (they are quite strict with me on this, lost over a stone in the first week I came and they keep a close eye to make sure I go eat) and medication time which is very time specific (for the most part).

I am an incredibly light sleeper (probably linked to over sensitivity to noise) so I wake up regardless of time if there is a bang, someone is moving around or talking.
