My T has a desk clock that is sometimes facing me and sometimes facing him. I've gotten in the habit of turning it so I can see it because if I don't have it I go way over and I feel bad. My T rarely cuts me off so if I run over I feel responsible. There have been times that I've asked him when we are meeting next. - that's our queue that it's time to wrap up.

My group T has a clock on almost every wall so no matter where you are sitting in the room you can see a clock. The funny part of that is he is always running late. Poor guy!
