She is taking two antidepressants and other meds on a regular basis. She needs to be under the care of a pdoc to review these meds on a regular basis. Antidepressants can cause manic like symptoms, I'm not saying this is the cause as it could be stress, anxiety, thyroid etc. she needs also to get tested in case there is a physical cause such as over active thyroid.
